Getting started and your first session
I have booked an ozone sauna session but something has come up — can I move it or get my money back?
A session booked through theBooking.site can usually be moved or rebooked at no extra charge by the outlet, and a no-show can either reschedule or forfeit the payment. Cancelling is different: a 15% cancellation and service fee may be charged, and some countries get a voucher rather than cash back.
These terms are theBooking.site’s, the platform we operate for ozone outlets. A session booked directly with a spa or clinic runs on that outlet’s own policy instead, so ask before you pay.
Moving a session. Services sold may be moved or rebooked at no additional charge by the outlet, at either the outlet’s or your request. That is much the cheaper route, so ask to move before you ask to cancel. If you simply do not arrive, a no-show can either reschedule or forfeit the payment.
Cancelling. Your booking is binding once you have booked and paid. theBooking.site may charge a 15% cancellation and service fee on the total booking amount, deducted from any deposit or payable immediately if no deposit was paid. Request it through the link in your confirmation email or from your portal; the outlet then actions it promptly. The staff member providing your session cannot cancel a booking — they have to ask the outlet.
The 24-hour line. A cancellation made 24 hours or more before the booking starts should be issued a voucher, unless the outlet has already incurred costs preparing for your session or lost income it cannot recover. Additional penalties may apply where a session is moved or cancelled inside 24 hours.
Vouchers instead of cash. Monetary refunds are not available in certain countries. In those markets the outlet can issue a voucher for the same service and to the same value for future use, and the outlet has the final discretion on whether to issue one.
Fees you will not get back. Certain booking, service, tax and payment fees are not refunded. The fee is a flat 15% per booking, credit-card transaction fees included. Check the figure shown at checkout.
Discounted bookings. A discounted or on-sale service cannot be moved, rebooked or cancelled, nor can anything arranged specifically to your requirements.
Outlets are independent providers and theBooking.site only facilitates the booking, so a dispute about the session itself is between you and the outlet.
