Buying, finance, delivery and warranty

Which countries does Salvagente ship to, and how does the reseller network work?

We hand craft our ozone saunas in South Africa and ship worldwide, with specialised service in South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy. Enquiries from our product pages are routed to the reseller for your region.

Shipping. Inside South Africa our couriers deliver to any physical address, by appointment. International deliveries go through freight forwarders and are quoted case by case. We ship DAP (Incoterms® 2020): import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise specified on the invoice. Everything shipping outside South Africa is paid in full before dispatch. Your sauna ships within a week, an estimate based on current orders; after dispatch, air freight takes 7 to 10 days and sea freight 10 to 12 weeks.

What we do at your end. Delivery is door-to-door to the address you give us. In the markets where we offer it, we can help you arrange customs clearance; the clearance and its costs stay with you unless otherwise specified on the invoice. Every shipment is insured. Orders delivered outside South Africa include a complimentary spare-parts set, listed on your invoice, so small repairs need not wait for freight. South African orders do not include the set; we supply warranty parts directly.

Support where there is no service agent. We offer comprehensive online support and backup, and our technicians can guide a local electrician through a repair. The resellers who can assist you are listed on our website, so you can check who covers your country before you order.

The reseller point. Where a regional reseller quotes, invoices and delivers to you, that reseller rather than Salvagente Pty Ltd is your contracting seller. That determines who handles a warranty claim or a return, and which country’s consumer law applies. Ask at quotation stage which entity is selling to you, and we will put the answer on the quotation.
