- How do I order an ozone sauna from Salvagente?Each of our three models — the Standard, Deluxe and Red Light ozone steam sauna — has its own product page with an enquiry form, and we route your enquiry to the reseller for your region. We then issue a quotation, valid for seven days. When you order, the contract forms once we email you the order confirmation.
- Which countries does Salvagente ship to, and how does the reseller network work?We hand craft our ozone saunas in South Africa and ship worldwide, with specialised service in South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy. Enquiries from our product pages are routed to the reseller for your region.
- Who pays for delivery of an ozone sauna, and when does the risk pass to me?We deliver by door-to-door courier to the address you give us, unless your invoice says otherwise. Outside South Africa we ship DAP (Incoterms® 2020): import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility, unless otherwise specified on the invoice. Risk in the sauna passes to you on delivery. We insure every shipment, and ownership stays with us until the price and any other amounts owing are paid in full.
- How long does it take to get an ozone sauna after I place my order?Your sauna ships within a week, an estimate based on current orders, and only once full payment has reflected. In South Africa, delivery is by appointment. Outside South Africa, after dispatch, air freight takes 7 to 10 days and sea freight 10 to 12 weeks. We send tracking by email or SMS when your sauna leaves us.
- What warranty comes with a Salvagente ozone sauna, and how long does it last?Every new Salvagente sauna, and the oxygen concentrator supplied with it, carries a two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. Orders delivered outside South Africa include a complimentary spare-parts set, listed on your invoice, so small repairs need not wait for freight. South African orders do not include the set; we supply warranty parts directly. Our technicians can guide a repair online. Have your order number ready for any claim.
- Can I return an ozone sauna or cancel my order?You can return the sauna within 14 days of delivery. You prepay the return freight, and delivery and other secondary charges are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise; consumer cooling-off rights can refund more. You can also cancel before we dispatch. Our Returns policy has the details.
- What should I do if my ozone sauna arrives damaged?Check the sauna before the carrier leaves and note any damage or missing items on the carrier's delivery document; the carrier's representative and the person receiving both sign to that effect. If that is not possible, email us with photos within 2 business days. We put it right at our cost.
- How do I pay for an ozone sauna, and is VAT included in the price?South African orders are paid by bank transfer; outside South Africa you can pay by bank transfer or card. We dispatch once full payment reflects. South African orders are invoiced with VAT. International orders ship DAP (Incoterms® 2020): import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility, unless otherwise specified on the invoice.
- Who can apply to finance an ozone sauna? South Africa onlyIn South Africa we offer a trade rental finance option through a registered credit provider. You need a registered South African company, a Pty Ltd or CC, that has been trading for at least one year, with monthly revenue of R40 000 or more, and the director or member must be the one who applies.
- What type of finance is it, and do I own the ozone sauna at the end? South Africa onlyOur South African option is a trade rental, not a loan. VAT is levied on the rentals and VAT-registered businesses can claim it back from SARS. Ownership can transfer to you at the end of the term for an additional three months' rental, and you can discuss early settlement with us at any time.
- Can I buy an ozone sauna now and pay later?Affirm buy now, pay later for US buyers is not available at the moment. When it returns, approval will be a credit decision between you and Affirm, and Affirm will set the instalment terms. Today our only finance route is the South African trade rental.
- What does a Salvagente ozone sauna cost?The current price for each model — the Standard, Deluxe and Red Light ozone steam sauna — is on that model's own product page, which is where we keep prices up to date for each market. What you pay also depends on your country and freight. Outside South Africa we ship DAP (Incoterms® 2020): import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility, unless otherwise specified on the invoice.
