What warranty comes with a Salvagente ozone sauna, and how long does it last?
Every new Salvagente sauna, and the oxygen concentrator supplied with it, carries a two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. Orders delivered outside South Africa include a complimentary spare-parts set, listed on your invoice, so small repairs need not wait for freight. South African orders do not include the set; we supply warranty parts directly. Our technicians can guide a repair online. Have your order number ready for any claim.
The cover. Every new Salvagente sauna, and the oxygen concentrator supplied with it, carries a two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. It covers the first owner, meaning the person who bought the sauna from us.
Spare parts. Orders delivered outside South Africa include a complimentary spare-parts set, listed on your invoice, so small repairs need not wait for freight. South African orders do not include the set; we supply warranty parts directly. We back that with comprehensive online support, and our technicians can guide a local electrician through a repair. The resellers able to assist are listed on our website.
What cover assumes. The defect is in materials or workmanship and appears within the warranty period. Normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, power surges, modification and not following the operating manual are not covered. Give us your order number with any claim.
Two things worth knowing. Use verified distilled water only — scale and mineral damage from tap or mineral water is not a manufacturing defect. And ask us before anyone else repairs the sauna: having someone else work on it does not cancel the warranty, but we do not cover damage that the work caused, unless they were following our instructions.
Business use. We sell to spas, salons and clinics as a matter of course, and commercial use is covered.
Beyond the warranty. Our equipment lifecycles are long: the ozone generator runs for more than 3,500 hours, the oxygen concentrator for 15,000 hours and the LEDs on the Red Light model for 30,000 hours. Regular scheduled servicing is not required when a unit is kept clean and well maintained.
