Does Salvagente have a reseller programme, and who does it suit?

How the network works. Get in touch through any product page and we will direct your enquiry to the reseller in your region. Where there is a reseller in your country, that reseller quotes, invoices and delivers, and you can see who covers which market on our website. Manufacturing stays in South Africa.

What we handle centrally. Freight forwarding and door-to-door courier delivery. Outside South Africa we ship DAP (Incoterms® 2020): import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise specified on the invoice. In the markets where we offer it, we can help arrange clearance. Every shipment is insured. Orders delivered outside South Africa include a complimentary spare-parts set, listed on your invoice, so small repairs need not wait for freight. South African orders do not include the set; we supply warranty parts directly. We provide comprehensive online support and backup, and our technicians can guide a local electrician through a repair, which is what makes a lightly staffed reseller operation workable.

Who it suits. Someone who already runs an ozone room and can demonstrate a working sauna to a prospective buyer — our own administrative office offers no sessions and holds no stock, so demonstrations happen at outlets. Someone able to hold or access spares and provide local support. Someone comfortable with the commercial side of importing.
