How do I pay for an ozone sauna, and is VAT included in the price?
South African orders are paid by bank transfer; outside South Africa you can pay by bank transfer or card. We dispatch once full payment reflects. South African orders are invoiced with VAT. International orders ship DAP (Incoterms® 2020): import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility, unless otherwise specified on the invoice.
How payment works. The purchase price is payable in full, into a bank account in our name. South African orders are paid by bank transfer into our rand account; card payment is not offered in the South African section. Outside South Africa you can pay by bank transfer into our multi-currency account, or by card. The order proceeds once the money reflects, and we do not dispatch before that.
We do not raise the price after you have ordered.
Tax.
- South Africa: VAT is charged on the invoice. VAT-registered businesses can claim it back from SARS, including the VAT levied on trade rental payments.
- International orders are handled individually. They ship DAP (Incoterms® 2020): import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise specified on the invoice. Prices in our Australian and international sections exclude import duties and taxes. Where we offer it, we can help you arrange clearance.
Insurance. Every shipment we send is insured.
Ownership. Title to the sauna stays with us until the price and any other amounts owing are paid in full, even though risk passed to you on delivery.
