Choosing an ozone sauna

What comes with an ozone sauna when I buy one?

Every ozone sauna we sell — Standard, Deluxe and Red Light — includes a medical oxygen concentrator and needs no plumbing. In every market, a new sauna and its concentrator carry a two-year limited warranty for the first owner. Orders delivered outside South Africa include a complimentary spare-parts set, listed on your invoice, so small repairs need not wait for freight. South African orders do not include the set; we supply warranty parts directly. Each model's product page carries its what's-in-the-box list.

The single most valuable thing in the box is the medical oxygen concentrator — it draws in room air and passes it through molecular sieve beds, a porous material that holds back nitrogen, leaving a stream of concentrated oxygen for the ozone generator. Every one of our saunas includes one. That matters because a generator fed on ambient air passes whatever else is in the air through with it; a medical oxygen source is what medical ozone means.

Unless we have specified otherwise for your order, the concentrator supplied is a 5 l/min unit at 93% ±3% oxygen purity. The oxygen concentrator supplied with the sauna is a medical device in its own right. The model we currently supply is FDA-cleared and CE marked. The FDA clearance applies to the concentrator, not to the sauna.

Also on every order:

  • No plumbing — the sauna runs from a water bottle at the back, filled with verified distilled water.
  • Plug-and-play parts, so common maintenance items swap out without a technician.
  • The applicable plug for your country.

Warranty. In every market, a new sauna and the oxygen concentrator supplied with it carry a two-year limited warranty. It covers the first owner only.

  • In South Africa, we assess a claim with you virtually. If a repair is needed, we either send a technician or ask you to send the parts tray back.
  • Outside South Africa, we guide you through the repair by online video and help you exchange, replace or repair the parts supplied with your sauna. Other small parts needed for the repair, and the cost of an electrician, are for your account.

The warranty does not reduce any rights the law in your country gives you. The full terms are on our warranty page.

Spare parts. Orders delivered outside South Africa include a complimentary spare-parts set, listed on your invoice, so small repairs need not wait for freight. South African orders do not include the set; we supply warranty parts directly.

International orders. Delivery is door to door and insured. We ship DAP (Incoterms® 2020): import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise specified on the invoice. On Australian orders we can also help you arrange clearance.

Business buyers additionally receive our business support package and preferential booking fees on theBooking.site.

The full packing list. Each model’s product page carries a dedicated what’s-in-the-box section. Ask us to confirm it in writing on your quotation before you pay a deposit; that is the cheapest protection against a later disagreement about what was promised.
