Servicing, faults and parts

Can my ozone sauna be repaired if I am not in South Africa?

Yes. We diagnose most faults remotely, our technicians can guide a local electrician through a repair, and the resellers who can assist are listed on our website. New international orders also ship with a free set of spare parts so that small repairs do not wait on freight.

How international support works in practice

Our saunas are built in South Africa around plug-and-play parts, so the practical route is almost never shipping a cabinet back.

  • We diagnose it with you. We offer comprehensive online support and backup, and most faults are identified from a description, a photo or a short video.
  • We guide the hands. Where a physical repair is needed, our technicians can talk a local electrician through it. That keeps the work supervised and following our instructions, which is what the warranty asks.
  • The parts are often already with you. Orders delivered outside South Africa include a complimentary spare-parts set, listed on your invoice, so small repairs need not wait for freight. South African orders do not include the set; we supply warranty parts directly. If your order included the set, check it against your invoice when the sauna arrives.
  • Resellers can help. The resellers who can provide assistance are listed on our website, so you can check whether there is one in your region before you need one.

What a warranty repair costs you

Outside South Africa, we guide a warranty repair by online video and help you replace or repair the defective parts that came with your sauna, using your spare-parts set, if your order included one, where it has the part. Other smaller parts needed for the repair, and the cost of an electrician or technician, are for your account. In Australia, these costs stay with us where the failure is covered by the consumer guarantees.

Before you let anyone open it

Contact us first and work through the fault-finding steps. Having someone else work on the sauna does not cancel the warranty, but we do not cover damage that the work caused, and if the unit is already out of warranty, rectification charges may follow when we are later asked to put it right.
