Are there trade or wholesale terms for buying more than one ozone sauna?
Multi-unit orders are quoted individually, so contact us through the website with the models, the number of units and your market. Business buyers receive our support package and a two-year limited warranty on each new sauna and the oxygen concentrator supplied with it. Orders delivered outside South Africa include a complimentary spare-parts set, listed on your invoice, so small repairs need not wait for freight. South African orders do not include the set; we supply warranty parts directly.
What business buyers get as standard:

- A freight choice outside South Africa: once dispatched, 7 to 10 days by air, or 10 to 12 weeks by sea at lower cost. On a multi-unit order, sea freight is usually the sensible option if your opening date allows it.
How pricing works. Trade pricing, volume discounts, territory terms and payment terms are handled case by case. Contact us through the website with the number of units, the models and your market, and we will quote.
Read the terms of sale and the Returns policy before you sign. On a change-of-mind return you prepay the return freight, and on a multi-unit order that is material.
Ask about staging. If you are fitting out several rooms in sequence rather than at once, say so at quotation stage — a staged delivery schedule is easier to agree before the order than after it.
