How do I order an ozone sauna from Salvagente?
Each of our three models — the Standard, Deluxe and Red Light ozone steam sauna — has its own product page with an enquiry form, and we route your enquiry to the reseller for your region. We then issue a quotation, valid for seven days. When you order, the contract forms once we email you the order confirmation.
The process runs in this order.
- Enquire. Use the product page for the model you want — Standard, Deluxe or Red Light — or our contact page. We will direct your enquiry to the reseller in your region where there is one. Sales is on +27 (0) 72 422 1967 and info@salvagente.co.za, Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 South African Standard Time. Our Pretoria office is administrative only and holds no stock, so we arrange demonstrations in advance.
- Receive a quotation. Unless the quotation says otherwise, it can be accepted for 7 days, after which we may withdraw or alter it. South African orders are invoiced with VAT.
- Place your order. Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we email you the order confirmation.
- Pay in full. The purchase price is payable on presentation of our tax invoice. We start processing once payment is received, and we do not dispatch until it reflects.
One thing is worth knowing before you commit: our salespeople cannot vary the terms of sale — only a written statement signed by a manager or director binds us. Anything you have been promised verbally about a delivery date or an included extra should appear on the quotation. Cancelling and returning are covered in our terms of sale and Returns policy.
Your sauna ships within a week, an estimate based on current orders. In South Africa, delivery is by appointment. Outside South Africa, air freight then takes 7 to 10 days and sea freight 10 to 12 weeks. Ask for an estimated dispatch date in writing before you pay.
