Choosing an ozone sauna

How do I check that an ozone sauna seller is legitimate before I pay?

Before paying for an ozone sauna, ask for contactable existing clients, confirm the trading entity's registration, and establish whether the seller manufactures or resells. Verify any claimed dealership with the manufacturer directly. Treat pressure for immediate cash payment and steep cancellation fees as warnings.

Ozone equipment is a high-value, low-volume purchase, so a few checks are worth the time before you commit — on us as much as on anyone else. Ask for previous clients, and establish whether the saunas are locally manufactured or imported.

Checks worth doing, in order of usefulness

  1. Ask for references and call them. Not testimonials on a website — the names and contact details of clinics or households that took delivery, and a call to confirm the unit arrived, works and was supported.
  2. Verify the dealership at source. If a seller says they represent a manufacturer, contact that manufacturer directly and ask them to confirm it — and, for a used machine, ask the manufacturer to confirm the unit was originally supplied by them.
  3. Confirm the legal entity. Get the registered company name and registration number, and check it against the public register in that country. Confirm the bank account is in the same registered name.
  4. Check the images. Reverse image search the product photographs. Copied images from other manufacturers’ sites, or obviously AI-generated ones, are a strong signal.
  5. Read the cancellation terms before paying. A large non-refundable cancellation fee is worth understanding before the money moves, not after.
  6. Structure the payment. Pay against a written quotation and contract that specifies the model, packing list, lead time, warranty and delivery terms. Be wary of pressure to pay cash immediately, of prices that only hold if you decide today, and of a seller who becomes aggressive when questioned.
  7. Check what happens if it goes wrong. Who repairs it, under what warranty, and in which country.

None of this is unique to ozone equipment; it is ordinary commercial diligence. We would rather you ran these checks on us than skipped them altogether.
