How long does it take to get an ozone sauna after I place my order?
Your sauna ships within a week, an estimate based on current orders, and only once full payment has reflected. In South Africa, delivery is by appointment. Outside South Africa, after dispatch, air freight takes 7 to 10 days and sea freight 10 to 12 weeks. We send tracking by email or SMS when your sauna leaves us.
The windows.
- Dispatch: within a week. That is an estimate, based on current orders.
- South Africa: delivery is by appointment.
- Outside South Africa, after dispatch: air freight takes 7 to 10 days; sea freight takes 10 to 12 weeks. Sea is the cheaper option on a long route and worth considering if your opening date allows for it.
- Import terms outside South Africa: we ship DAP (Incoterms® 2020), so import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise specified on the invoice.
What can move those dates. Dispatch estimates are made against orders already on file. If we expect a delay, we will tell you. Our terms of sale cover delays outside our reasonable control, such as carrier or port disruption, natural events or power outages, including when you may cancel.
The clock starts at payment. We do not dispatch until full payment reflects, so an order sitting on an unpaid invoice is not in the queue.
At the other end. If you ask us to delay delivery, or a delivery fails for a reason within your control, we may charge reasonable, documented storage or redelivery costs. Our terms of sale set out when.
What to do about it. Ask for an estimated dispatch date in writing on the quotation before you pay, and tell us if you are working to a fixed opening date. Verbal timescales are not enforceable: our salespeople cannot vary the terms of sale.
