Buying, finance, delivery and warranty
Who pays for delivery of an ozone sauna, and when does the risk pass to me?
We deliver by door-to-door courier to the address you give us, unless your invoice says otherwise. Outside South Africa we ship DAP (Incoterms® 2020): import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility, unless otherwise specified on the invoice. Risk in the sauna passes to you on delivery. We insure every shipment, and ownership stays with us until the price and any other amounts owing are paid in full.

Risk. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Ownership is separate. Title stays with us until the purchase price and any other amounts owing are paid in full, even though risk has already passed to you.
Insurance. Every shipment we send is insured. International orders are handled individually, so the cover and the declared value appear on your quotation — read them there.
Getting it into the room. Delivery to the door is not delivery to the treatment room. Saunas have to be uncrated to fit through a normal doorway, and they must not be tilted onto their side or backwards while being moved or carried. Measure the route before the crate arrives; the Standard and Deluxe are 680 mm wide with the doors closed, and the Deluxe is 1400 mm long. Dimensions for each model are on its product page. Four lockable castors hold the sauna in place once it is sited.
Delays on your side. If you ask us to delay delivery, or a delivery fails for a reason within your control, we may charge reasonable, documented storage or redelivery costs. Our terms of sale set out when.
